Where Stories
Find Their Voice

Global Youth Cinema

Celebrating emerging filmmakers under 35, fostering cross-cultural storytelling and bold creative innovation from every corner of the world.

Mission & Vision

Empowering young storytellers, amplifying diverse voices, and building a sustainable platform for the next generation of cinematic auteurs.

Community First

Building lasting networks of filmmakers, mentors, and industry professionals that extend far beyond the festival itself.

Innovation Hub

From short fiction to experimental — every form of moving-image art is welcome, celebrated, and challenged on our world stage.

NSBM Youth Film Festival is a showcase for creative and innovative young filmmakers — a space where visionary students from across Sri Lanka and beyond gather to redefine what cinema can be.
